UK Scrappers Weekly Challenge May Week 4

This week's challenge was set by Wingus from Australia. She has challenged us to create a layout that was not square 12x12 for 10 points, use something big for 10 points and use bright colours/papers for the final 10 points.
I have used a template by Dawn Inskip and then altered it slightly. I have then made the photo as large as I could and the photo is full of bright colours.

52 in 10 week 16 - Dream Village

This prompt was meant to be about our dream house but I have gone off subject a bit and done a double layout about our village - Sturminster Marshall. I grew up in a village and hated it as there was nothing to do - but maybe that was my youth talking!
I run round the village 3 times a week and it is so beautiful and some of the houses are straight from a chocolate box lid. There is a village shop, a primary and a pre-school, two pubs, a church and village hall. We love living here and it is our dream village.

UK Scrappers Weekly Challenge April Week 4

- to use 2, 4 or 9 of something for 10 points - I have done them all - 2 photos, 4 flowers (doubled) and 9 buttons around the edge of the pag
- to make our own patterned paper for 10 points - I have used a stamp to create a border around the page
- to use red, white or blue for 5 points - again I have done them all - white cardstock for the base, blue ink for the border and red buttons
- to use bling for the final 5 points - there are lots of gems in the circles of them stamped border.
