Day 216 - Sunday 3rd August

"Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams” - Ashley Smith (b. 1978), author, speaker

Since I have got into photography I certainly appreciate my surroundings a whole lot more! I notice nature more and see how beautiful the flowers are, how the industrious the insects are and everything has a purpose. All this makes me want to take a photo of it all and capture the beauty for others to see.
On a recent trip to Upton House, I wandered through a walled garden and found these lovely flowers. The sun was shining and it made these flowers seem even more beautiful – if that is possible.
A sunny day lifts your mood and can make anything seem possible.
