Satisfaction today for me was going into town and fitting into a size 12 t-shirt from Animal. Just had to buy it!!!! It has taken a lot of effort to get here but I feel very victorious. It wasn’t long ago when a size 14 from the Animal shop was tight on me. And this morning I weighed myself and I was 9 stone 11 lb. I don’t think I have ever been this light.
