"Courtesies of a small and trivial character are the ones which strike deepest in the grateful and appreciating heart.” - Henry Clay (1777-1852), politician and orator
You don’t seem to get Thank You cards anymore when you send a gift to someone, so imagine my surprise when I opened this lovely thank you card from Zoë’s little friend Joshua as a thank you for his birthday present. I am guessing he made it and he is only 3.

How sweet and how appropriate for today's quote
How nice that some children are still taught the art of saying thankyou! It's a lovely card too!
I do Thank you cards for my boys - I think it's important too
I had to when i was a child, specially if you don't see or speak to the person to say thanks. sue.
Aw that is sooo cute, not many people write thank notes today, I think it is so important, as someone has out the effort in to buy something, it is polite too!
