Journal Your Christmas - 28th December

My journalling reads:
"I have been very well behaved food wise since about April and have managed to lose over a stone in weight, but Christmas is a time when I do let myself enjoy what I want and when I want. I won’t feel bad about a little bit of over-indulgence and I know that come the new year, I will return to my good ways and lose any weight I have put on. My particular weaknesses are:
· Quality Street
· Chocolate Yule Log
· Peanut M&Ms
· Pringles
· Turkey sandwiches (don’t normally eat bread)
· Shopping in the sales"
