Wedding Stationery Samples

I am doing the wedding stationery for my oldest friend who gets married in September. She hasn't really given me much to go on other than the groom to be will have burgundy on his waistcoat.

I have come up with 4 designs so far using Cuttlebug embossing folders. My husband thinks they need some words on them but I don't want to stamp and emboss and definitely do not want to usepeel offs so not sure what to do. I was just thinking of leaving it off. Any advice or tips welcome.

Which is your favourite?

my choice is either 1 or 3.... with three being my fave.... i love the ribbon tied at the front :) realy makes it stand up and become more dimensional

I love the heart one!

The only way I could think of doing words as well would be stamping on a vellum overlay - not sure if that would work though

difficult decision, but I love the heart

By far the best as far as I am concerned is the heart one (last one) it looks great and lots of details without being overpowering

I like the one with the Bride and Groom, but think it would look better with the tied ribbon. Like in the second one, and using the burgandy card as well. One suggestion for writting it to add a small tag to the ribbon before you tied it with some embossed text on it.

My faves are the bride and groom one and the bells one - I've always been a bit of a traditionalist.

Bride and Groom for me, with ribbon tied and love Mrs Tiggy's suggestion - I picture a tiny white tag with burgundy writing - just names and date maybe, could be printed on white card and then use a tag punch. Hearts and swiss dots are perfect.

I think the bride and groom one is the best. I think the tied ribbon would finish it off lovely :-)
