How did you spread your love today?
Today we have had a lovely family day. Luckily Zoë didn’t wake up too early with the clocks going forward, so we had a leisurely start to the day. Then we decided that we would go swimming. We used to take Zoë swimming every Sunday but the pool got very cold in the winter and we stopped going. When we went on holiday in September to Jersey, we took Zoë swimming again but the pool was absolutely freezing and she cried the whole time and we haven't taken her since.
However today the pool was warm and although she was a bit unsure at first, once she got used to it she really enjoyed herself. I am not very good at swimming but James is very good and he really got her confidence up.
After swimming we went for a Chinese buffet lunch and now I am so full up, I don’t want to do anything. Zoë is really over tired and no matter how much I ask her for a hug and a cuddle to try and settle her, she refuses. She is just crying and grumpy.

Ah poor little lass hope she gets a good rest and you too.
Poor little thing, swimming really seems to tire little ones out! Hope she settles soon. Lunch sounded yummy!
She certainly looks ready for a nap. Bet you feel like one too after your lunch!
