I am feeling very tired today as Zoë had a really fitful night’s sleep and I had to get up several times in the night to her. We try to use the controlled crying method to get her to go back to sleep and it usually works really well, but last night it took ages.
I have tried to do the photo prompt from Day 15 by putting my camera on to AV and then changing the F Stop values. I don’t think I could get it to work very well.

F11James took me for a birthday meal today which we were going to do last weekend but I just didn’t feel like going out for dinner. We went to the New Forest to the White Buck Inn in Burley. We had a lovely lunch and then went a walk. I took my camera and got some good photos of the ponies.
