What are you celebrating today?

If only this was yesterday! I don’t think we are celebrating anything today. Yesterday was absolutely brilliant. Zoë had been telling me that she didn’t want a party all week. This was a bit alarming, as we had spent a lot of money and effort into organising the party for her and then she kept insisting that she didn’t want one. When the other children turned up, she went a bit funny and clung to me and I thought she was going to really play up, but as soon as she saw the play area, all that was forgotten and she had a great time. She is already asking about next year’s birthday party!
