I feel like I have eaten so much rubbish over the Christmas period that I don’t feel clean and bright at all. In my attempt at losing weight, I have cut out eating the junk food but over Christmas, I have definitely over indulged. I seem to be swaying between feeling hungry or feeling bloated and sick. Our house still seems to be so full of naughty food too – Quality Street, Yule Log, the biggest bag of Peanut M&Ms I have ever seen, Belgium chocolates, Pringles, mini choccie bars etc etc. When will it ever end?
