Today's prompt is all about the Christmas Day menu.
Journalling reads:
"This year we are going to James’ Mum’s and Dad’s for Christmas Dinner so not sure what is on the menu for the main course. I know we are having turkey but what she will do to go with, I do not know. I will fill in this space with it.
I am doing the starter and the pudding. For starter, I have been asked to do a recipe from a Somerfield magazine. It is Hot Tiger Prawns with Lime and Ginger Butter in Bread Croustades. This is basically a posh prawn cocktail in a toasted bread basket. For pudding I am going to make a good old fashioned trifle – so quick and easy and you can’t go wrong with that."
