I think this time of year is the most difficult time to put this prompt into action. December is so busy trying get everything ready for Christmas. I have 50 odd cards to make (and have done 45 so far), then they need to be written and sent, presents to think of and buy and then wrap, get the decorations up, think about the food shopping for Christmas day. It is also Zoë’s birthday so have lots to do for this. She is having a party for 18 of her friends so have party bags to sort out and get a cake sorted.

And still work 4 days a week!!! Doing Journal Your Christmas is good way to make a little time for yourself each day.
So there isn’t much time for me, until after Christmas day hopefully once Santa has bought me lots of crafting stash and then I will play, play, play.

The one commitment I will make for myself is that I will not put on any weight over Christmas.
