Day 356 - Sunday 21st December

"The earth has grown old with its burden of care But at Christmas it always is young, The heart of the jewel burns lustrous and fair And its soul full of music breaks the air, When the song of angels is sung." ~ Phillips Brooks (1835-93), American Episcopal bishop, wrote 'O Little Town of Bethlehem'.

Don’t think my little brain can cope with such a long quote so I am going to rebel.
Yesterday was the family Christmas get together and Zoƫ was given her first set of rollerskates. These are ones that fit over her shoes. They came with a helmet and elbow and knee pads.
She insisted on wearing them and was fine on the carpet but wasn’t so keen when we went into the tiled kitchen.
